Sulphur Spring Baptist Church

Sulphur Spring Baptist Church needed a sanctuary system that could carry worship inside the room and on stream. The AV had to serve full‑band worship and spoken word across multiple services each week, keep every voice and instrument intelligible in every seat, and give volunteers a clear, repeatable way to run sound and streaming without needing a specialist in the booth every week.

IKBSystems rebuilt the sanctuary audio, video, and control through a phased plan. The sound system was engineered for the way the church leads worship, with console presets, tuning, and stage connectivity that support the band, vocalists, and spoken word with consistent clarity.
The streaming production moved from an ad‑hoc setup to a permanent path with a PTZ camera, dedicated workstation, and a distribution backbone that keeps the in‑room experience and the online experience aligned. The result is a system built to serve both the in‑person service and the stream with the same attention to detail.

The production workflow was designed around the volunteers who handle sound and streaming on Sunday. The mix position and streaming workstation are integrated with a streamlined system so that either a single operator can run the show or two operators may work together at the same time. The audio console loads into a known setup instead of behaving differently from service to service with scenes to recall optimized and tuned settings. Default configurations and presets simplify the process so that volunteers can focus on the service rather than the equipment.

Custom workstation PC for multimedia production and streaming
This project gave Sulphur Spring Baptist Church a sanctuary system that volunteers can run without second‑guessing the technology. The same infrastructure now supports Sunday services, midweek services, and streaming. It scales from ordinary Sundays to special services and events with the same workflow, so the technical side is no longer a hassle whenever multimedia is required.
“I'm not a tech person and I don't want to be. These folks made it so I don't have to be. Our AV and the stream just works now, week after week.”
