Why do our meeting rooms keep failing during important calls?
These issues can usually be traced back to hardware, specification, or integration problems. Rooms built from devices across different generations and vendors, loosely connected with no unified programming behind them, will eventually fail. Common causes include:

  • Audio and video configured independently with no system-level tuning

What should a modern corporate boardroom actually include?
At minimum: a display system sized and mounted for the room’s sightlines, ceiling microphones with audio processing (DSP) for clean voice pickup, a camera positioned for natural framing, and a control interface that lets anyone start a meeting in under ten seconds. Beyond that, it depends on how the room is used. Presentation-heavy spaces may need dual displays or a video wall. Rooms with regular hybrid meetings may need tighter acoustic treatment and more sophisticated camera logic. We design for the actual conversations happening in the room, not a generic spec sheet.
How do you make sure anyone can walk in and use the room?
That’s a programming and interface design problem, and it’s one of the things we care about deeply. Every room gets a custom control interface designed around how your people actually use the space. If someone can tap Start Meeting, the room should do the rest: wake the displays, activate the microphones, and connect to the platform. No training binder, no help ticket, no walking down the hall to find someone who knows the system.

What does a corporate AV project look like from start to finish?
One team owns the whole arc, from the first conversation through installation, programming, commissioning, and training. We develop a complete system design and review it with you before anything is ordered or built. Most single-room projects are completed in one to three weeks.
